About the position

Kumla Bostäder AB is seeking reinforcement for the external maintenance of our residential areas during the period from April 1 to September 30. As a seasonal employee, you will work to keep our outdoor environments well-maintained, pleasant, and functional.

Your tasks will include:

• Weed control
• Lawn mowing
• Hedge trimming
• Watering
• Other tasks related to external maintenance

The work is carried out in close collaboration with regular staff and requires that you are flexible, self-motivated, and enjoy practical outdoor work.

Who are you?

You are a positive and responsible person who enjoys working outdoors in various weather conditions. You have good teamwork skills and contribute to a positive work environment. The work can be physically demanding, so you need to have good physical fitness and be practically inclined.

You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and are comfortable using digital tools in your daily work. You have the ability to plan and structure your workday based on different needs and tasks, and take responsibility for ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard.

Experience in similar tasks within green space maintenance or property management is an advantage.

Requirements for the position

• B driver's license with manual transmission
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience working with digital tools
